No, this is not an expansion of Happyland II 
I started from scratch here, again without a map for Hide and Seek purposes. There are some bits to hide, but it's mostly about other things.
There is a normal-sized war arena, a good one even
There is a more interesting swimming pool as well, and other fun stuff like a pinball room. Of course it has a bowling alley again as well, and a knockoff arena, an empty war room, an empty raised war room and some hockey variants, none good though
Then there is a small one-hole golf thingy, a "Do not touch ground" arena (according to the readme I wrote for the track in 2003)
