Did anyone else get a Wii?
i only had to stand in line a little less than an hour for one, and i guess people camped out for days in some places.
its pretty awsome.
I am loving the wii sports (mainly the tennis, boxing, and baseball) disc a lot better than than i originaly antipicated. im pretty good at the boxing.
Red steel is awsome so far as well, its weird getting used to because its not like regualr first person shooters, and not even like most light gun games.
I cant wait until they gun add on cause that should be a little better for aiming and what not. But the sword fighting on red steel is so awsome!

Sports games, with that controller? That must be cool.
Too bad all console games are quite expensive... |

well the system is $250 and the games are $50 which actually isnt bad compared to other systems....and PC games have nothing against the wii.... this isnt PC modded to not work as a pc and only play games....this thing is built with WIInovation and meant to be in a class of its own.
its extremely fun...ive been getting a workout from the boxing sports game...my arms are killing me!

really? i just dont see that hapening with Sony making it so hard for developers to developers to on the ps3, from financial issues to just plain akaward programming for pramming that cell prossesor.
microsoft alredy attracked the indi game market and now indi developers with the announcement that they game 'make' a 360 game for free...and with products like TorqueX (torgue game engine, xbox 360 edition) they are making it super easy for the little guy to get a foot in the door.
Sony, really doesnt care about the indi market and want only the high rollers working with them.

What what makes you an expert on video game consoles?
i mean i am going to school for game design, we talk about this shit every day in class.
