Visual Studio .net 2003 seems to be able to compile it, but there are plenty of syntex errors that need correcting.
VC6.0 i had issues compiling it. it chouldn't find files, kept genrating the incorrect paths, ect...
i beleive i herd somewhere it was revamped for .net 2005

I am unsure of whether the compiling version on the devel site will work under 2005. I haven't tested it, but I'm sure one could do it with a little imaginative hacking.
Skel, have you messed with it, by chance?

That is rather close to the original version of the IMR code, if I remember correctly. I don't think any real serious time or modifications was put into that version (I skimmed through it once). You can compare it with the version in the source sometime if you like.
